PetSmart Halloween Parade & Photo Event, Oct. 22, 2011

I’m really excited about this Saturday’s event at our PetSmart (and at all the PetSmart locations from 3pm-5pm). Irie and Tiki are taking part in the PetSmart pet parade!

I’m a little bit nervous because they’ve never done anything like this but I think it will be fun for us all. Both girls are accustomed to PetSmart; Tiki has gone for grooming there, and Irie was clicker trained there!

Now for the hard part: deciding on a costume. Tiki likes attention, so I’ve got several different costumes I’m going to try on her. Irie is shy (but I think she’s going to love seeing all the other dogs in the store that day) so I might just go with a Halloween bandanna for her.

The pet parade takes place at all the stores at 3:30pm followed by a costume contest.

We’ll be shooting some video and lots of photos during the event so stayed tuned for lots of pictures after the event!
